We’re thrilled to share that we’ve just completed our fifth custom build for the Lewis family! Over the years, they’ve become experts at knowing exactly what they need for their camping and travel adventures, and this latest project is no exception.

Introducing a brand-new Factory Pure Grey Sportline that has been transformed from a Combi van into the ultimate family adventure vehicle for four! 

We kicked off the build by installing a Reimo Easy Fit SWB roof, imported straight from Germany 🇩🇪, creating a spacious sleeping area. Next, we replaced the Combi seats with the Volkswagen California seat/bed system, complemented by sleek low furniture for ample storage on the side.

This van is equipped with all the essentials for a luxurious camping experience: a Voltronic management system, leisure battery, solar panel, under-chassis water storage, shower point, and multiple 12V and USB-C power points. Talk about convenience! 

With a 60L fresh water tank, the Lewis family can enjoy refreshing outdoor showers and wash up with ease. The California seat converts into a comfy bed, providing cozy sleeping space for two adults, while the kids can snuggle up in the Reimo roof area above. We’ve also added adventure magnetic blinds for privacy and an external cab screen cover for added thermal protection.

To top it all off, we replicated the Sportline trim in the rear California seat and installed super durable Bolon flooring for texture and resilience. The perfect sense range laminate from the Egger collection brings both durability and elegance to the furniture.

After a meticulous single-stage machine polish, ceramic coatings, and a thorough detail inside and out, this van is ready to hit the road for unforgettable adventures.
